By using Obris VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our service is provided "as is" with a strict no-logs policy — we do not monitor, record, or store your browsing activity.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Obris VPN ("the Service") operated by Obris Group Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202602980R), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
- Obris VPN provides secure, private internet access via the WireGuard protocol for Android devices.
- iOS and Windows apps are in active development — your plan will work across all platforms when released.
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis across 10 global server locations.
3. Account Creation
No email address or personal information is required to use Obris VPN. When you first tap Connect, a random 26-character Obris ID is generated locally on your device and associated with your session. You are responsible for keeping this identifier safe.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Payments processed via Google Play Billing — we do not store card details.
- Billing cycles: monthly (1 month), 6 months, or 12 months at beta introductory rates ($3.99 – $3.19 / mo).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial periods.
5. No Logs Policy
Obris VPN does not log browsing activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or bandwidth usage. We maintain minimal session metadata necessary for technical operation only. This policy is central to our service design.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with third-party services including Google Play Billing. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party platforms.
7. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any network, system, or data.
- Do not use the Service to conduct illegal activities of any kind.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content associated with Obris VPN is owned by Obris Group Pte. Ltd.. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Obris Group makes no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Obris Group shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email if applicable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
