1. Does Obris VPN keep logs of my activity?
No. Obris VPN has a strict no-logs policy [4]. We do not record browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses while connected to servers, or bandwidth usage.

2. What is WireGuard and why does it matter?
WireGuard is a modern VPN protocol offering faster speeds, lower latency, more efficient battery use, and stronger encryption than older protocols like OpenVPN or IPSec [7].
3. How many devices can I connect?
Your subscription covers one active device at a time.

All payments are handled entirely by Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). We do not have access to your billing data, card details, or transaction history from either platform.

8. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis [8]:
- Service not working as expected within the first 7 days of your subscription
- Duplicate charges or unexpected renewals after a cancellation request
- Other situations evaluated individually

9. Which countries do you have servers in?

All locations run WireGuard with AES-256 encryption and unlimited bandwidth.
10. Do you send push notifications?
Obris VPN may send push notifications to inform you when a server location goes down or comes back online [6]. This is optional you do not have to accept push notifications to use the service.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is used solely to deliver these notifications
- FCM is NOT used for analytics, tracking, or profiling [4]
11. Is Obris VPN available for iOS?
Not yet iOS is in active development. All billing will be handled through the Apple App Store, and your existing subscription will work on both platforms at no additional cost when it launches [7].
